AIMS Institutes has been pioneering to bring about a new way of learning within the campus. It's ideology
of holistic education is reflected in the pedagogy adopted to impart it. AIMS continuously bridges the
academics and the extra-curricular by organising various events related to management,
entrepreneurship, sustainability and humanities. These events enable the students to hone their skills and
talents to evolve into professionals of the highest order.
This year as the national level UG fest, AIMS Institute is organizing UMANG'17 as the signature event.
The fest provides a platform for students to tap their potential and unravel their quiescent talents. Students
from various backgrounds and cultures will get an opportunity to interact and appreciate one and other. It
will bestow students with an unforgettable learning experience as UMANG'17 offers a whole gamut of
events that range from culinary arts, commerce and management, fashion, culture and IT.
Description of Events
General Rules
*Participants have to produce their college ID cards while registration/entrance.
Participants of Management event should come in a formal attire.
The events will be held in different venues in the college premises.
The participants need to carry their own laptops, dongles and other required materials for their participation.
The program committee reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice.
Judges decision shall be treated as final.
Any improper, unruly behavior or violation of college rules will result in disqualification of teams.
The overall championship is based on the number of events won by the college.
Participation is open to students of any stream.
Registration fees for technical events:
events: On stage events `150 and Off stage events `100, *Treasure Hunt: `300 and for Cultural events: Group Dance and Street Play `500, Fashion Show `1500 and other cultural events `150
Accommodation will be provided to the outstation students on the prior confirmation of participation.
